Victoria Estates Homeowners’ Association, Inc. (VEHOA) is a non-profit incorporated Common Interest subdivision, whose primary purpose is to promote the health, safety, and welfare of the residents of the subdivision by providing for the operation and maintenance of our Common Interest properties. VEHOA’s Common Interests are our Class A Public Water System and United States Postal Service [USPS] mail delivery units.
Victoria Estates is a single-family residential community. No business can be operated within Victoria Estates’ subdivision per VEHOA’s Restrictive Covenants.
The VEHOA Architectural Committee must approve engineering plans for alterations to existing structures or the construction of new structures on any VEHOA property before any new building or renovation project activities can start. Contact VEHOA for an Architectural Review Application.
