Resale Certificate requests may be completed by filling out and sending the Resale Certificate Request form below to VEHOA. Only complete request forms will be processed.
In compliance with the Alaska Uniform Common Interest Ownership Act (AS 34.08), a Resale Certificate will be completed within ten (10) business days after a complete request form is submitted. Instructions for pickup and payment of Resale Certificates are included on the VEHOA Resale Certificate Request form. Call or email if a RUSH order is needed.
Title Companies may request homeowner payout information by emailing their request forms to Victoria Estates.
