The last official VEHOA Membership Meeting with a quorum of members represented was in 2020. Because we have been unable to establish a quorum of members represented at all membership meetings since that time, the minutes of the 2020 Membership Meeting can not be published because they are required to be approved during an official membership meeting.
VEHOA did not hold in-person annual membership meetings in 2021 or 2022 because of the COVID-19 pandemic.
