VEHOA Water Ordinance

Federal and Alaska State laws and requirements exist in the United States for all public drinking water and public water systems, such as Victoria Estates’ Public Water System (VEPWS). The Safe Drinking Water Act (SDWA) is the principal federal law governing public water systemsThe SDWA authorizes the  United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to create and enforce regulations to deliver safe drinking water to all residents.

Victoria Estates Water Ordinance is our local public water system’s guidance document that governs how we implement those state and federal laws and regulations.
