Victoria Estates Homeowners' Association, Inc. offers a variety of convenient payment options for our members. Choose the option that best suits your needs.

Payment By Mail

If paying by check or money order through the mail, please include the address of the property for which the payment is being made and the name of the individual making the payment. To avoid late fees, please mail your payment five to seven business days before the due date. 

Payment Drop-off Location (MVFCU)

You may deposit into the VEHOA Membership Checking account at Matanuska Valley Federal Credit Union (MVFCU) – cash, check, debit cards, credit cards, or night deposits are accepted. All payments must include: The name of the person making the payment and the address of the property within Victoria Estates subdivision for which the payment is made.

Payment Through Financial Institution Online Bill Pay

Many financial institutions, such as major banks, offer their customers the ability to pay their bills via an online bill payment service (through your bank's website). Typically, these services debit the customer's checking or savings account to pay the bill. Depending on the financial institution, they may charge a fee for the service. Payments may take up to seven business days to post to the customer's account. Please consult with your bank for more information.
