The Victoria Estates Homeowners' Association, Inc. volunteer Board of Directors members and limited staff members are here to help keep this a great community in which to live. We currently have four (4) Water Operators, certified by the Alaska Department of Environmental Conservation (ADEC), who maintain and operate our community public water system.
We are working cooperatively to comply with all Federal, State of Alaska, and Mat-Su Borough laws, statutes, and codes related to homeowners' associations and public water systems.
We comply with Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Alaska Department of Conservation (ADEC), and Natural Resources (NR) regulations to operate and maintain our community's public water system and supply quality water service to our entire community.
We work cooperatively with United States Postal Service (USPS) personnel to comply with all regulations and maintain and protect our VEHOA mail delivery station for the convenience of our residents.
